From Skypier of HKIA, you can find ferries to reach M Martime Ferry Terminal. Upon reaching, you can take the local public bus line 28B to get to the A-ma Temple directly. From the Ama Temple, there is no direct bus to reach the Panda Pavilion and you need to transfer at San Ma Lo. From the temple station, you can take the bus line 10A to reach San Ma Lo where you can find the 26A to reach SEAC PAI VAN/TERMINAL Station. Then walk to the pavilion.

From the Panda Pavilion, you can take the 26A to reach the Venetian easily. After that you can take ferry from Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal. To reach this terminal, you can find the free shuttle buses from the Venetian.

It is suggested to go to the portugese part of Macao before going to the temple. That mean you need to reach the portugese upon reaching M. You can take the Grand Lisboa's free shuttle to the hotel and then walk to the Ruins of St. Paul.
From there, you can take the bus line 10A to Ama temple easily.
