Is there a bus or train or even a short 1-2 day from Kashi, or Urumqi, Xinjiang to Kyrgystan?

I am not interested in flying.

I heard from Kashi, there is a direct international bus to Osh, but I am not sure whether it is still in operation now.
The buses are available from Kashi International Bus Station, but I am sorry that I have no idea about the timetable.
