About:Shanghai Maglev Train

Is it possible to go to Shanghai city if I have 4 hours stop over by train?

Hi all,
I will arrive at 10am at Luring Airport and will take a connecting flight at 2pm.I'm wonder if it is possible for me to take the Maglev Train from airport to city.

If it is possible,anything suggest to see or where could I try the local food?

You mean you want to use the four hours to go to the SH city proper?
If so, it may be hard, because the time is so tight.
If you really want to have a sightseeing, you can only tour around the Longyang Road Station, the terminal station of maglev or tour around the Lujiazui area for a short time.
For Lujiazui, the Oriental Pearl Tower cannot be missed and go to the Super Brand Mall to have meals.

Personally, you just stay in the airport. You will feel tired if you plan to travel.

Thanks a lot for your advice!
I understand maybe a bit rush to do the sight-seeing around city.
Coz I don't need to take my luggage,so I am thinking will it be good idea or possible to take the Maglev Train to experience and maybe just stop at the last station, try some local food ,take some photos and take the train back to the airport.
Coz it takes 8 mins from airport to the last stop.I think it will take 2 hours to go and come back.

Ok then, you can take Maglev to Longyang Road and then take a taxi to the Bund for a general sightseeing! After that, take the underground tunnel to the opposite of Huangpu River to see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Jin Mao Tower. After that, you may consider getting back to the airport!
