Can a Cambodian apply visa to HK in Macau?

In fact, you can send your documents to HK Immigration Department directly. Here is the address:
Receipt and Despatch Unit
Hong Kong Immigration Department

No, what I mean is that, you can apply for a HK visa from HK Immigration department directly by post if you are now in Macao. Can't understand why you said to apply for another one.
