Hi, I've lived in China for almost three years. As I know, all the train tickets can be booked or bought within 20 days before departure. However, all the trains are regularlly scheduled and they seldomly change the timetable. That is why you can search all the train options! If you turn to an agendy, you can surely summit your requirement now, but they cannot book that for you to deliver the ticket to you until at least 20 days before traveling!
