About:Marriage Registration in China

What are the things to remember while applying for VISA?

I want to apply general jobs in china i. Restaurants or hotels. I have ECR status on my passport (emigration check required).

Well, you have to find a Chinese employer first if you plan to work in PRC. Once you find one, he should help you acquire the work permit first. Then you can apply for the Z type together with your work permit.
