About:China Visa Fees

I obtained a Chinese tourist visa some years ago but can not remember the date.

How do I answer question 2.9

George, actualy if you apply for China visa in the UK, the old application form is not used any more. You need to fill in the application form on the website of CVASC and print out the completed application form once finished and sign where appropriate. The similar question is in Section 7 of the online application form. If you have been to China before, you need to provide copies of your previous visa, which should bear the dates.
