About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I remember a while back being told that the process for applying for a second visa,

and the fee for it, are less than the first?
Is this true? I have a previous multiple entry permit.

John, as far as I know, the fee is the same no matter it is the first time or second time you apply for it.
