apply for China visa in Seoul

Hi, I would like to know if two working days processing service is still available for EU passports at CVACS in Seoul? Monday 17 march I will arrive in Seoul in the evening, and I am planning to leave Seoul on Friday, for PRC. I have read on the internet about fast application procedure in Hong kong for one(i am in hong kong right now) but all the travelagencies I contacted told me this procedure does not exist anymore. There is a minimum of 4 days.
So I hope I can apply in Seoul with 2 working days process?
