Indian Citizen - Shenzen VOA

i am coming on a holiday to hongkong on 22march with my wife and daughter.
we want to visit Windows of the World - miniature world in Shenzen for 1 day
can we get VOA at hongkong ?
we are Indian Citizens.
I have travelled many times to China on business.
