Where in Sydney do I apply for Visa?

I have a Sri Lankan passport but am a permanent resident of Australia. I'm going to Hong Kong for 5 days in April. Where do I apply for it in Sydney? The centre on Elizabeth Street or the Chinese consulate in Camperdown?

Hi, if you plan to apply to visit HK, you need to submit your application to Chinese consulate in Sydney.
Address: 39 Dunblane Street, Camperdown
