About:China Postal Service

Only 2 parcels arrived in UK. 1 is missing. Where is it?

Send 3 parcels of clothes ( after studying at Tsinghua University) back to the UK in August 2013. 2 parcels arrived and the third is missing. Ask at UK Post Office but they said it has been sent back to China, Beijing. Why? Where is it now? Asked a friend in Beijing to find out if it has gone back to Tsinghua University, but it has not. Contains favourite Zara coat, shoes, quilted coat etc. All personal stuff..... Please help Thank you. Tracking number is CP269872484CN

What is not understandable is as to why UK Post Office near you returned the item.
You should probably get ready to sue them.
