About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

A missing letter in my name, will there be problems?

I am flying to Korea from Dalian (China southern airlines) My name in passport is iuliia but it is iulia in my e ticket (one i is missing)

You can gamble and hope they don't notice. Or enquire about changing your ticket (which will draw attention to the discrepancy). Some airlines will make a minor change like this for free but I don't know about China Southern.

If you bought the ticket from a travel agent then you need to take it up with them. The airline can't touch the ticket until just before you travel unless they issued it themselves.
