package missing. number: rv476340257cn

Question

According to online tracking, the package should have arrived in Toronto on Aug 21, 2020 and then continue on its way to me. However, it is Sept 7, 2020 and I have yet to receive the package. I have tried using Canada Post online tracking and asked the local PO, but neither the tracking number or the recipient's name is registered in their system. So, the package is now MIA. How can I find out what happened after it arrived to Toronto?

Edit: here's more infoThe route is supposed to goCHINA POSTShanghai to TorontoCANADA POSTToronto to meI assume the China Post part is done, but for some reason, the package didn't go to Canada Post. And the online tracking only mentioned that the package last registered at a processing center in Toronto. It didn't say the exact location, so I can't contact them for more information. And I don't know how to contact China Post.I have contacted the sender about this, but he doesn't know what's going on either.

Sorry, I didn't find any latest information. Maybe you can try to contact the Toronto Post Office and figure out the problem.
