About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can I take my mother in law with me?

I am about to have scholorship for Phd following a student pass for this but I want to take my parents , my wife, my chiklderen and my mother in law as she is dependent on us?
What kind of visa do I have to get for all of them?

If you have student X, your family members are able to apply for S type. S2 for short stay less than 180 days, and it can be extended if necessary.
