My mother in-law is sick and need to see me urgently My wife is Chinese

My mother in-law is not feeling fine, and son and wife needed me urgently to visit China, can i get VOA to see them urgently- from Nigeria

Christopher, if she is in critical conditions, I think you can probably get the VOA. Otherwise, a normal visa is required.
