I wouldliketo know and where to obtain VISA NOTIFICATION for my son and my mother-in-law so they can join me and my wife here in Shenzhen. Both me and my wife works here in Shenzhen as managers, and we want my son and my mother-in-law to join us and stay with us here.

Please let me know in which government office we should apply for a Visa Notification for them, and the requirements.
