About:China Customs Declaration

Taking flower seeds in to China

My mother in law is going back to China from New Zealand . She has been gathering flower seeds can she take them back to china

You can take some, but you need to get a permit for the seeds and you also need to declear in the airport when pass the custom. The procedure is complex.
