what does unsuccessful delivery mean? help me explain what my tracking orders are saying

My tracking numbers are RC427927960CN, RC427921057CN, and RB577512588CN. If they've truly arrived in destination country, who or what office can I contact to get my packages?

The status of the first two packages is unsuccessful delivery and the third one just arrived at inward office of exchange in Lagos on Mar. 3.

One thing for sure is that all your packages arrived in NG. You should visit your local post office and see what happened. Usually, unsuccessful delivery refers that the post office can't contact the receiver or the address is wrong.
