About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

in transit from UK to NZ waiting for 4.5hrs in Shanghai airport

I have read some really bad reviews about the airport, ie rude staff, expensive, no signage. We land and take off from T2. Would like to use a lounge but cannot find one online to book. Can anyone help please. Im thinking of changing flights to fly via HK

I only just has the hotline for booking the hourly lounge and the number is 021-68346490.
It cannot be booked online as I know. So maybe you can try this number.
