Attaineding the 4th China Prefab Houses Fair, Guangzhou

Hi, I am Jordanian citizen, and I am planning to visit China for two weeks to attained the 4th China Prefab Houses Fair which will take a place in Guangzhou city during the beginning of May/2014, and to visit some companies in related to my business (Prefab Buildings industry).
My question: what type of visa do I need? and what document should be available with me?
