About:Hong Kong MTR Maps

what is the best route from Lo Wu to the HK Airport?

And how much times it takes to do it? A better option maybe, lke bus, taxi, or else?
Where i can get the airport express line?

I suggest you take East Rail Line at Lo Wu Station to Sha Tin and then walk to SHA TIN CENTRAL BUS TERMINUS to take bus no. E42 to HKIA directly!

The Airport Express can be taken at Tsing Yi, Kowloon, and HK Stations, but it requires several times changes of trains on the way, not that convenient anyway!
