if so, how much does it cost and for how long can I leave it there? sort of like a coat check but for a suitcase.

I heard there is luggage left service and it is charged 10RMB within 4 hours and 20RMB longer than 4 hours. You can store there for at most about one hours. But I am not sure the exsiting, so it is suggested call the airport for asking and their phone number is 025-968890.
