Is there a bus from Guangzhou to Yichun, Jiangxi?

How long does it take? Cost? Frequency and timetable? Where can I purchase tickets? Where can I find this timetable online?

If this trip is very long then (especially with children), would you recommend making a few stops to see the countryside at cities before reaching Yichun, Jiangxi? I would like to travel in daylight so that we can see the beautiful countryside.

We want to go by train but are afraid that we might not get the morning train that we want. Train travel is our first choice. Would going on a Wed or Thu by train give us a better chance of getting soft sleeper for our family?
