Taipei - > Beijing Domestic or International flight + Transfer time between T3 -> T2

I am goint to fly from Taipei to BJ (T3) at 21:55. My transfer flight is at 1:00am to Paris (T2).
I don't know if the filght from Taipei to BJ is domestic or international ?
Because the transfer time is different between T3 --> T2 if it's Domestic-International (120) or International -International (160min).
Do I have the time to make my transfer ? Especially if there is some delay (eva airways is ok ?)

By the way the 2 tickets Taipei - BJ and BJ - Paris are separate tickets.
