Traveling From PEK (arrival terminal 3) to No. 27, Huaweili, Beijing Chang'an Grand Hotel China, Chaoyang District

From what I have seen, I would take the Airport Express towards Dongzhimen, get off at Sanyuanqiao, take Subway line 10 towards Bagou, and get off at Panjiayuan, Take Exit C-1, south-east exit, and then I am lost, I know its a short walk to the hotel, but I have had a little experience with the Seoul transit system,and know I can get turned around, exit the wrong side, and be lost for hours. I really need help with the walking directions, and if there was a more direct route. I have not a problem with navigating around different countries/cultures, but want to make sure I dont need to stop and try and ask 50 people to make sure I am getting on the subway in the right direction, and how to travel from the Airport Express (Terminal 2?) and make my way to the correct subway line in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ( I know the airport express is equivalent to 4 us dollars give or take, what about the subway price?) CNY2- is that the remnibi currency ( currency calculator). Thanks!
