I want to make trip from Wuhan to Zhangjiajie, then to Xiangxi and back to Wuhan ?

Yes, there is. To Zhangjiajie, you can take a direct long-distance bus at WH Jinjiadun Bus Statin and buses are scheduled at 09:50 and 18:50. It takes around 11h and costs CNY210 per person.

For Xiangxi, may I know whether your destination is Fenghuang? If so, I suggest you take a train from Zhangjiajie to Jishou and at Jishou Train Station, you can take a direct bus to Fenghuang.

Back to WH, my suggestion is that you take a bus from Fenghuang to Changsha and at Changsha South Train Station, you can take a high-speed train back to WH.
