Visa on Arrival for Netherland passport

Hi, can you help answer some of my questions :

- Can a Netherland passport which fly from Macau to Beijing, can she / he get a it on Arrival at the airport of Beijing ?

- After that, wanna visit Shanghai ( fly ) from Beijing, then to Schenzhen, then to Jakarta - Indonesia.

- Can you advice what's the flight from Macau to Beijing ?

- And about the tickets, must it arranged before entering china or can buy it in the city / travel agent from 1 destination to other destination for the local flight ( in Macau for Macau - Beijing; in Beijing for Beijing - Shanghai; in Shanghai for Shanghai - Schenzhen ?

For Schenzhen - Jakarta, we will order it in advance, cause we'll know exactly about the date we will fly back.
