Is it safe to take taxi from airport to hotel if we arrive 10pm? Where can we get the SIM card and what's the minimum price of that sim?

You may mean high heel. Well, it is certainly ok to wear that in the city and no wearing socks is also acceptable. Take it easy! However, you will walk a lot, no high heel is advised!Don't worry! To take a taxi at that time is safe enough! As for SIM card, it may be a little late to get that at the airport. Though, I heard you can get that at the Business Center at T1 or T2.
