British resident in Seoul planning on several trips- what details do I need to provide?

I am planning to travel to visit Shanghai multiple times this year to visit a very close friend who has just moved there, I want to apply for the 12 month multiple entry visa. I do not yet know every date I will visit nor do I know the address I will stay at. How detailed do section 2.6 and 2.8 need to be?
