About:Chinese Consulate in Zurich

Can someone else bring the visa forms for me if I give them my passport aswell?

My sister and her boyfriend are traveling with me to china and he is going when I can't. Can I just give him the forms filled out by myself and my passport so he can do it for me?

Yes, you can entrust others or a travel agency to handle your application. So, it is fine to ask your sister or her bf to do it on your behalf.
