About:China Visa Application in USA

Can I send all the necessary documents to get a visa by Fed Ex or UPS to the Chicago consulate?

If not by Fed Ex, how would I send it and get it back to me? I am in Detroit, MI. How do I pay by credit card this way? Thank you

Hi, as I know, the consulate does not accept mailed application, you can send application to a friend or a travel agency if you can not apply in person. Payment should be done when collection.
