can usfijian passport holders apply for visa to travel to china in hanoi embassy?

Question

Four of us are travelling to Hanoi on American, New Zealand and Fijian passports in March for ABB Hanoi Transformers testing. We need to apply from there for ABB Xiamen switchgear testing. We are purchasing these equipment for installation in American Samoa.Can all the above passport holders apply for Visa to travel to China in Hanoi Embassy. How long will it take?

Hi, you are advised to apply for Chinese visa in advance. Because it is now very difficult to get it in a third country unless you are working/residing there. A single entry one is valid for 3 months from issue date, so it is ok for entry when you visit from Hanoi.
