Do I need a Residence Permit?

Hello,

I have a Business Visa for Mainland of China for 180 days... I`m in China from 5 months and I will go home after 3 weeks. So my question is- Do I need a Residence Permit? I will not prolong my visa. Do I need any other documents when I`m leaving China?

No, nothing is required. You can leave with your passport and valid Chinese visa.
