What documents do u need for tourist visa and how long it will take?

I am a nepelese citizen working in france and want to go to hongkong for 10 days tour with my wife.

Generally, Application Form with one passport-size photo attached, valid passport, round trip air-ticket booking list, hotel reservation are required. You can submit your application to Chinese embassy or consulate where you reside, but the processing take about one month because it will need to be sent to HK for approval.
