How can i take bus from Zhangjiajie to chAngsha

Afte visiting ZJJ, you can go to the ZJJ Central Bus Station near local railway station to take a direct bus back to Changsha. It takes 3-4h! Besides, there is also train service between the two places, which takes around 5.5h.
