About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

will arrive at PEK by Air China flight from Sydney Australia then 12 hours later leave on Air Canada for YYZ

can I get boarding pass and check luggage to Toronto in early morning ( flight leaves 18:45 hours ) so I can do day tour ?
