About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am a Canadian resident visiting South Korea and I want to visit China for less than 72h.

There is conflicting information regarding my need for a travel visa. What should I do. Thank you

Hi, visa is required if you travel with a return ticket between South Korea and China. The 72 hr free stay is for air transit passengers only via Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc.
