I am afraid that I only know how to use the local public bus to reach cruise terminal and not very clear about the taxi issue.
As I know, from your hotel, you can walk to KING YIP STREET Stop to take the bus line 11D to reach TELFORD GARDENS Stop. Then you can walk for several mintues from Kowloon Bay (Telford Garden) Stop in front of Telford Plaza to take the bus line 86 to reach the Kai Tai Cruise directly.00Reply
