About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

HongKong to Shanghai to Vancouver

I have a ticket going to Beijing from Vancouver and a returning ticket from Shanghai to Vancouver. However, i would like to visit Hong Kong before going back to Vancouver. So will 72 hrs free transit apply, if I fly from Hong Kong to Shanghai and from Shanghai back to Vancouver??? Peter

Yes, you can avail this free transit in Shanghai if you fly from HK, then back to Vancouver.
