About:Nanjing Long-Distance Bus

I plan to travel guilin and Yangshuo from 21-4-2014 to 28-4-2014, is this good time to travel?

It is a good time with the temperature around 15 to 20C.
It may rain a lot during that time, so the rain gear is necessary, but for most cases, they are shower according to the previous records.
