About:How to Travel From Guilin to Yangshuo

Bus from Guilin North to Yangshuo - is luggage allowed on board?

Hi, we are a group of 7 and planning to travel from Guilin North to Aiju Hotel, Yangshuo. Besides pte transfer and train option (may not be able to secure tickets), our next option would be taking bus to Yangshuo. Do we need to pre-book bus ticket? Are we allowed to carry luggage on board the bus? Any restriction on size of luggage? Appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Hi, Jenn,
1) It’s OK to buy tickets onsite as there are many departures a day.
2) Large luggage will be stored in a dedicated luggage compartment under the seats of the bus, which is large enough to accommodate normal luggage. Backpacks can be brought into the cabin and placed on the luggage rack above your seats. Therefore, there is no need to consider much about the luggage size.
