I am living in Sweden. Can I through the Chineese embassy apply for Visa, tourist?

According to the CVASC branches in Sweden, the applicants who apply in the third country should provide legal employment or study resident permits or valid visas. If you have the required documents, you can file your applications. However, I can't guarantee that you can apply successfully.0
