hi my order is in suzhou on 11 feb. when it arrives at Portugal? i need for carnival, at the end of february :(

I am afraid that it can't arrive at the end of Feb. Although China Post claims that it should arrive in European countries in 15-20 days, in fact it takes much longer time.
