Can you advise me how do I get from my hotel in Sanya Bao Jia Li Ya (Hexi Lu) to Nanshan temple?

And how long is the travelling time there. BTW usually how much do I need to pay when I board a bus, is it a flat rate or it depends on distance travel? Hope to have your advise. Thanks
