About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

I would like to enter into HongKong for my PhD. Can i apply for Visa in Nepal after offer? Bharat

But if you apply for visa to visit HK for the first time, you should apply directly to the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
