About:How to Apply for a China Visa

My Z visa will expire on 18 February. Is it possible to get into China if I arrive on the 18th?

I am working in China as a teacher. Or do I need to get a tourist visa first before entering China? I am I Kiev and need to get back to my school by Wednesday.

I am afraid not. The normal procedure is that you should apply for the temporary resident permit when you arrive in PRC within 30 days before it expires. Even you can enter PRC, you can't get the temporary resident permit because it takes around 7 days to handle your application.
