About:How to Apply for a China Visa

My Chinese visa expired this month I want to get it renewed what is the process?

Sorry, it can not be renewed, what you have to do is to apply for a new one.

Hi,

I am idiot, but I have been overstayed for 3 months and few days already. It was a mistake, my fault. What I suppose to do? No doubt I'm gonna pay the penalty for 10 000 ¥, but I'm so scared they deport me, after I record about my visa issues. I want to stay in China, wan to come back here for sure; studying here. I'm so badly willing they won't give me a ban. What You think? Please, answer me asap.

Hi Gabriele, you are advised to visit local PSB asap and explain to the officers that as you said, it's your fault, you forget to check the issued visa, and be polite enough to them. Pay the fine and you will probably be issued a visa for leaving.
