About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

entry visa to China from a USA passport

I have a four year old daughter that is a USA citizen.
Can I go to to the embassy with her mother, who is a Chinese citizen with a USA green card, to apply for it for my daughter?

Yes, your daughter does not need to be present for the application, but make sure to bring the original and a photocopy of her birth certificate.
