About:China Transit Visa

I will spend 2 or 3 days in hong kong and plan to take a daily trip to Guangzhou

Go in the morning and back to hong kong in the afternoon.
I have us passport. What permit do I need and how to apply?

You need to apply for a full Chinese visa in advance for this visit.
